To get started, please use the self-booking link below to schedule your appointment. Please notate in the description if you are scheduling as an individual or interested in couples therapy. To expedite your appointment, please complete all the fields requested when you register for the client portal and request an appointment. 

If you are using insurance, your actual cost will depend on your insurance policy. I am in-network with some insurance companies and claims handling varies according to plan. For out of network plans, full payment will be required at the time of service and I will provide you with a receipt that you can submit to your insurance company for direct reimbursement.
