To get started, please use the self-booking link below to schedule your appointment. Individual therapy appointments are only accepted at this time. Do not schedule if you are requesting appointments for therapy with more than one person.  

If you are using insurance, your actual cost will depend on your insurance policy. I am in-network with some insurance companies and claims handling varies according to plan. For out of network plans, full payment will be required at the time of service and I will provide you with a receipt that you can submit to your insurance company for direct reimbursement.
